Internal estimates show over 1 Bcf of recoverable helium on the Knappen Helium Dome and tested raw gas flow rate in excess of 15 MMCFD.  For the region, the Dome’s helium content is very high which makes this a world class helium deposit.  The Knappen Dome has produced natural gas in shallower horizons for 90 years and is considered a well known strong trap on all stratigraphic wells, and also our deep helium bearing zones.  Multiple seismic lines and 15 wells confirms the geological mapping.

Farmed out 50% working interest of some of the lands to another Helium Producer, while Thor still remains the majority working interest owner on the entire Dome.

Thor's engineering team has also completed the necessary regulatory and surveying to commence construction of the helium plant, which is expected to be operational in 2018.  The specifics of the helium plant is currently being negotiated with several parties.

Third party reserve report (NI-51-101) confirms Thor's discovery and exceptional value.
